SHIPPING POLICY

 We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for.

Please examine your package before signing for it.

Note: We ship in two different packages. (Flat rate envelopes or Packs) via USPS.

 

WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!

Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package.

 

Packs: If the Pack seems flat or deflated, please refuse the package.

We only Ship product to confirmed addresses.  The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5 to 7 business days. We only ship Mondays – Friday. For regular shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges where as shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.

RETURN POLICY

All Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. Please contact us before returning at 682-808-7252
